Who is this for?
Teams of about 8 to 25 people who pay for more CRM than they use, or who have outgrown spreadsheets. For spreadsheet businesses, that can start at around five people sharing the same information.
Will this cost more than our current subscription?
For teams of around eight or more, or those also paying for add-ons, an admin or a consultant, usually not. With no per-user fees, the gap grows every time you add someone. Below that, per-user pricing can be cheaper, and we’ll tell you. You’ll see a three-year comparison before you commit.
Can’t we just build it ourselves with AI?
If you have engineers to spare, yes. AI has made software quicker to build, but not easier to look after. Someone still has to keep it secure, back it up, handle data protection, fix it when a connected tool changes, and answer the phone. Most growing businesses don’t have that person. That’s what we do.
Do I have to leave my current CRM?
No. If staying is the better answer, we’ll tell you. If you’re on Salesforce, our sister business Cloudtal can adapt it to fit how you work.
How do you keep our system secure?
Every user has a role and signs in with two-factor authentication. Security updates are applied for you, and every change is reviewed by a person and tested. Your data is backed up daily and stored in the UK.
What happens if something breaks?
We host it, monitor it and fix it. Support, security updates and backups are part of the monthly plan.
Who owns our data?
You do, always. You can export it at any time, and you can choose to own the system outright.
How long does it take?
